Ingredients: 2 people meal.
Needed for 2 people:
about 350-400 g of chicken white meat
with and pepper to taste
1 flat teaspoon curry
1.5 tablespoons density or flour
2 larger eggs
150 g of flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
about 1-1.5 dl of milk
2-3 tablespoons sesame seeds
As a side dish, you can do whatever you like: mashed potatoes, french fries, peas, chicken, you can pour bechamel, tomato sauce.
Clean the white chicken meat from veins and fat and cut it into sticks, I love that, you can also use thinner steaks, it doesn’t matter. Add salt, pepper, curry, mix well and then dust with thickener or flour. Roll so that each piece is nicely wrapped.
Beat 2 eggs, add salt, flour, sesame seeds and enough milk to get a thick mixture, known to be thicker than the one for pancakes.
Heat oil or fat in a deeper pan, it is enough to cover the bottom nicely. At the beginning, the temperature should be a little stronger, but as soon as we add the meat, immediately reduce it by half. Dip each piece of chicken in the breading mixture and place in the heated oil. Cover, reduce heat and fry until golden brown, turn, cover again and continue frying until done. White meat does not need much, it is quite enough until the poh turns yellow on both sides.
Take out the meat on a napkin, although it really doesn’t absorb a lot of fat. And it’s so wonderfully juicy! Sesame gives it a special taste and sweetness so that it literally sticks to your fingers.
